Honestly can't say enough about my journey with TPSC. Never thought I'd walk into a clinic and feel this level of comfort and cared for. Dr. Nivan was an excellent listener to my ordeal, great advisor and was very detail-oriented in explaining everything-from the diagnosis to MRI results and the procedure. Felt super safe in his hands the whole time, and my pain has reduced A LOT since. Shoutout to Su (Clinic Assistant) too for making everything so smooth and fuss-free. I brought my mom who has chronic back pain to Dr Nivan Loganathan. He's very patient & thorough in his explanations regardless of the questions we had. Showed care & empathy towards the patient (my mom) too. Based on his recommended treatment, my mom's pain has reduced tremendously & therefore, improved quality of life. I'm writing this as a husband who has been walking alongside my wife on her long journey seeking help for chronic pain. Since her fibromyalgia diagnosis in 2016, she has faced several difficult experiences within the healthcare system. On many occasions, her pain was minimised or not fully understood. Over time, this led her to question herself and struggle to verbalise what she was going through. Watching that has been incredibly hard. Our experience with Dr Nivan and his team was different. For the first time in a long while, my wife felt genuinely heard and taken seriously. Her pain was acknowledged without dismissal. That validation alone meant more than I can put into words. My ordeal is finally over! I am now pain-free, fully functional, and completely present again. What had felt like a living hell, with constant pain every second of the day and increasing in intensity, was resolved within just a few days. My sincere thanks to Dr Nivan Loganathan of Farrer Park Medical Centre. Truly, by God’s grace, I found the right specialist for my L4–L5 and S1 nerve condition. The minimally invasive procedures—annuloplasty, nucleoplasty, and RF ablation—were smooth, precise, and highly effective, providing immediate relief. From the first consultation through to surgery day, Dr Nivan was consistently positive and reassuring, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely kind and compassionate. Post-procedure, I can confidently attest to his excellent skill and outstanding care. I came here after exhausting all options for my pain, going to a public hospital, then doing an MRI, for an undiagnosed pain in my face, with all symptoms pointing to atypical trigeminal neuralgia. Dr. Nivan took the time to understand all my symptoms and start from the day I started having my pain. Diagnosed me with new medications as the ones I took didn't help. Pain subsided immediately the morning after, and I was finally able to sleep through the night and wake up with the feeling of my jaw tearing GONE. They also attend to the WhatsApp messages promptly, and answer all my queries welllll. Also, major compliments to the kind and patient nurses, making me feel welcome and having such a pleasant visit every time.

I just rely on google reviews to find a specialist for my chronic lower back pain, which hasn’t improved despite months of therapy and medication. Though initially hesitant, I decided to see Dr. Nivan — and I’m so glad I did. After a thorough assessment, Dr. Nivan recommended a combination of annuloplasty, nucleoplasty, and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) as part of the pain management plan. The procedure significantly reduced my pain by about 70–80%. The post-surgery care was outstanding too. Dr. Nivan is not only highly skilled but also a good listener — something that is very reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Nivan to friends and family in need of his care and expertise.

Despite various treatments, my pain persisted for approximately a year. Fortunately, I consulted with Dr. Nivan, who recommended nucleoplasty and annuloplasty. I underwent these procedures a month ago and am pleased to report a significant improvement in my condition. I brought my aunt to see Dr Nivan for chronic nerve pain issues as she had been seen by multiple doctors previously. Most of them had been prescribing opioids to control the pain with detrimental consequences. All that changed after a visit to this clinic. She was offered spinal cord stimulation, a novel therapy in the treatment of chronic pain. The device was implanted skillfully without any complications and she is now pain free after many years! Would highly recommend him for any pain related issues, he is clearly experienced in his field and apart from focusing solely on conventional pharmacological methods, he also explores contemporary and state of the art treatment that's based on recent research.
