I'm writing this as a husband who has been walking alongside my wife on her long journey seeking help for chronic pain.

Since her fibromyalgia diagnosis in 2016, she has faced several difficult experiences within the healthcare system. On many occasions, her pain was minimised or not fully understood. I came here after exhausting all options for my pain, going to a public hospital, then doing an MRI, for an undiagnosed pain in my face, with all symptoms pointing to atypical trigeminal neuralgia. Dr. Nivan took the time to understand all my symptoms and start from the day I started having my pain. Diagnosed me with new medications as the ones I took didn't help. Pain subsided immediately the morning after, and I was finally able to sleep through the night and wake up with the feeling of my jaw tearing GONE. They also attend to the WhatsApp messages promptly, and answer all my queries welllll. I brought my aunt to see Dr Nivan for chronic nerve pain issues as she had been seen by multiple doctors previously.
